Smoked Salmon Benedict
Toasted English muffins topped with poached eggs, local smoked salmon and lemon-dill hollandaise sauce. With homefries and fruit.

Eggs in the Nest
A tasty nest of salt meat, turnip, carrot, potato, cabbage and onion hash topped with fried eggs, served with homefries and homemade mustard pickle.

Fish 'n' Brewis
The Bacalao way.. caramellized onions, salt fish and brewis, sautéed together in butter. With fruit salad. Scruncheons optional.

Bacalao Fritters & Eggs
Crispy fritters of salt cod and potato, seasoned with Newfoundland savoury. Served with lemon and green peppercorn aioli, 2 eggs, toast and fruit salad. $12

Daphne's Cod au Gratin
(Mom's fabulous recipe) Flaky cod in a creamy bechamel, topped with melted cheddar. With salad and savoury homefries.

Cod Tongues 'Deluxe'
Crispy and delicious with homemade baked beans and savoury homefries. Served with lemon green-peppercorn aoili.

Pear, Walnut and Blue Cheese Salad
Baby greens with fresh pears, blue cheese and walnuts dressed with our Rodrigues Apple Schnapps vinaigrette.

Bacalao Savoury Chicken Caesar
Romaine, shaved parmesan, Bacalao's own Caesar dressing, topped with crisped local bacon and slices of savoury-seasoned chicken.
